Kinesiotaping Techniques – Hands On Taping Session

All are welcome to join us as this free Sacramento Pilgrim event at the Arden Dimick Library 7-9pm, January 22nd, 2020.
Sacramento Pilgrim, Deeanne Miles Hamilton, will follow up her very successful “Simple Kinesiotaping Techniques for Joint Stability and Injury Prevention on your Camino!” with a hands on practice session! Deeanne presented to a full house in 2019 and this time, after reviewing information on taping from her previous presentation, we will then get right into hands on practice! Deeanne will be bringing a variety of different types of tapes – regular, extra sticky, and gentle – to use for this hands on event.
