Walktoberfest, 2026 is now open for registration!
Date: Sunday, October 18th
Start/Finish: William Land Park, Sacramento
If you walked the Paseo de Sacramento with us in May, 2025, you generally know what is in store for you. However, we have a new route – new neighborhoods, new parks, new historically interesting parts of Sacramento to discover!
This full-day, 10+ mile walk has been designed to simulate a day on the Camino by allowing pilgrims to follow a designated route, at their own pace, stopping at Donativos (donation-based refreshment stands) along the way as they collect Sellos (stamps) in their custom Credentials (passports). Those completing the entire journey will earn a special Certificate acknowledging their completion of the journey.
This is a free event open to our entire Sacramento Pilgrim Community.
**If you are in a position to give, a $5 donation per person at check in is appreciated!**
Registration is MANDATORY for each person who wants to walk! If you register and then your plans change, please let me know.
